Job summary

Myntro is transforming toward a product- and technology-driven, data-enabled business and seeks a hands-on Technology Security Lead. You will work with architects, developers, and operations to turn security requirements into practical controls and evidence across the product and technology landscape.

You translate ISO 27001, DORA, risk and policy requirements into technical designs and operating procedures, collaborating with CISO and Risk & Compliance for oversight and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience in software/platform/cloud engineering, IT operations, or security engineering.
• Experience implementing security controls and ISMS-related activities.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive first-line implementation and continuous improvement of technology security and ICT controls within the ISMS.
• Translate policies and regulatory requirements into practical technical control designs.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, platform and operations teams to embed security into delivery processes.
• Build repeatable control execution and evidence collection, supporting audits and reviews.
• Coordinate technology-related audits, supplier security and outsourcing activities.
• Provide status, evidence and security insights to CTPO, CISO and Risk & Compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology
