Job summary

Taigatech AB in Gothenburg is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the delivery of our AI and vision solutions from project start to handover. You will be the customer’s main contact, translate needs into technical specs, maintain timelines, and align stakeholders from automation engineers to the client.

This role requires strong leadership, Swedish and English fluency, and willingness to travel as projects demand.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience in project management or as a team lead.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Willing to travel.
Structured, methodical with strong documentation and timeline skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the customer’s main point of contact from project start to handover.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring clear two‑way communication.
Scope the project and architect a technical description based on customer needs.
Set, maintain, and update project timelines.
Support the customer with system design and decisions.
Book and lead meetings with the customer and automation engineers to keep the project on schedule.
Time/cost reporting and document the project accurately throughout.
Drive the project forward by holding people accountable and pushing decisions when needed.
