Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our client in Stockholm, Sweden. The role sits within a specialist heavy pumps engineering team, taking technical ownership of critical drive-part product lines and driving development, care and continuous improvement activities.

The position is hybrid, with on-site presence Tue-Thu and remote Monday and Friday, and offers a contract-to-permanent path after an initial 12-month term.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager or similar role.
• Strong product development and product lifecycle management experience.
• Experience owning technical products, systems or engineering portfolios.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within complex engineering environments.
• Experience driving product improvements, technical investigations and engineering change activities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product quality and cost-effective design principles.
• Experience within pumps, rotating equipment, turbines, industrial equipment or other heavy engineering sectors is advantageous.
• Working proficiency in Swedish and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Currently we’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our client in Stockholm, Sweden. This would be a contract to permanent position, with the initial contract being 12 months long and full-time employment being offered after this.

This role will be based within a specialist heavy pumps engineering team, taking technical ownership of critical drive-part product lines and driving product development, product care and continuous improvement activities.

The position operates on a hybrid basis, with office attendance expected Tuesday to Thursday and remote working available Monday and Friday.

In order to suit the project requirements you should have some of the following:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager or similar role
• Strong product development and product lifecycle management experience
• Experience owning technical products, systems or engineering portfolios
