WebSearch is seeking a senior technical professional to partner with the founders, bridging customer needs, project delivery, and technical execution across our global teams. You’ll help translate business objectives into scalable architectures while guiding AI-driven delivery and strategic direction.

You will collaborate with customers, stakeholders and engineers to ensure successful project outcomes and to shape the company’s technology trajectory in a fast-growing environment.

About the role

This is not a traditional project management position focused on planning, reporting and coordination alone.

Instead, you’ll act as a trusted technical partner to the founders, helping bridge customer needs, project delivery and technical execution.

You’ll play an important role in connecting business objectives, customer requirements and technical delivery, helping ensure that ideas move efficiently from concept to implementation.

You’ll work closely with customers, internal stakeholders and our engineering team in Kathmandu to ensure projects are delivered successfully while helping define technical direction across the business.

Rather than inheriting a large organisation, you’ll have the opportunity to help build the foundations for the future, working at the intersection of technology, customers, delivery and innovation.

What we’re looking for

We’re less interested in finding someone who ticks every box and more interested in finding someone who combines technical depth with the ability to turn ideas into successful outcomes.

You have a background in software development and have gradually taken on greater responsibility across technical leadership, solution design, project ownership and customer-facing delivery. You’re comfortable working with both business stakeholders and engineering teams, and you’re curious about how AI is changing the way software is designed, built and delivered.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, Lovable, AI agents or similar technologies is highly valued.
