Job summary

Ernst & Young Aktiebolag seeks Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers to join EY-Parthenon's Strategy & Execution team in Stockholm. Candidates will work on IT/due diligence in high-stakes transactions, collaborating with both local and international clients.

This position offers a chance to develop expertise in strategic consulting at the intersection of technology and private equity, with ongoing support and exposure to complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, or M&A.
• Experience with technology/IT in transactions and integrations.
• Fluent in English; Nordic languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT/Technology due diligence in acquisitions.
• Define separation strategies and IT disentanglement.
• Drive large-scale IT transformation programs in deal contexts.
