Job summary

Ernst & Young Aktiebolag is seeking Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers to join our Strategy & Execution team in Gothenburg. This role involves leading IT due diligence, defining separation strategies, and driving large-scale IT transformation projects.

The ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of experience in consulting roles, a Master's degree, and strong problem-solving skills. We offer a collaborative team culture and opportunities to work on high-impact engagements with leading clients in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, strategy, M&A, corporate development or similar roles.
• Experience with technology/IT in transactions, separations, integrations.
• Fluent in English; Nordic languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT / Technology due diligence in acquisition processes.
• Define carve-out and separation strategies.
• Support Day 1 readiness, PMI, and integration planning.
• Drive large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Define target operating models and enterprise architecture.
• Deliver technology-driven value creation initiatives.
