Job summary

Ikano Bank in Malmö, Sweden seeks a Technology GRC Specialist to support governance, risk and compliance across the Technology organisation. You will develop policies, monitor KRIs, coordinate audits, and advise stakeholders.

With at least two years in a technology risk or compliance role, you will translate regulatory requirements into clear controls and provide practical guidance to the tech teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a technology governance, risk, compliance, internal control, IT audit or closely related area.
• Experience developing or maintaining governance documentation and monitoring activities.
• Experience coordinating audits/regulatory reviews and analysing findings.

Responsibilities

• Governance Frameworks: develop and maintain Technology policies, instructions, procedures, controls and supporting guidance.
• Risk & Control Management: identify and monitor risks, controls and KRIs, and report developments in relevant forums.
• Compliance & Assurance: support audits, regulatory reviews and assurance activities, including evidence preparation.
• Regulatory Compliance: facilitate interaction between regulation owners and Compliance.
• Monitoring & Reporting: analyse GRC information and produce reports and recommendations.
• Stakeholder Advisory: act as trusted adviser to Technology stakeholders and share standards and guidance.
