Job summary

Saab seeks a specialist with hands-on Teamcenter Easy Plan expertise to guide configuration, maintenance and development of Easy Plan solutions within our PLM environment. You will work across manufacturing and IT, ensuring stable, scalable PLM operations and close alignment with ERP and MES interfaces.

We value practical experience, willingness to contribute from day one, and the ability to train users and foster adoption while supporting platform evolution under security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Teamcenter Easy Plan experience is the key requirement.
• Understanding of manufacturing process planning concepts including operations and BOM structures.
• Ability to bridge engineering, manufacturing and IT to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and develop Teamcenter Easy Plan solutions.
• Define and manage manufacturing process structures (MBOM, operations, resources).
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and PLM admins to align workflows with production needs.
• Support integration points between Easy Plan and ERP/MES systems.
• Drive user adoption through training and hands-on support.
• Contribute to ongoing development and application management of the Teamcenter platform.
• Support releases, deployments, platform improvements and troubleshooting with IT.
