Job summary

Saab AB in Solna, Sweden, is seeking a Teamcenter Configuration Specialist to join our PLM-focused project team. You will configure and maintain Teamcenter environments, translate requirements into configurations and support go-live events.

You should have hands-on Teamcenter TC12+ experience, solid PLM data model knowledge, and ability to work with IT and engineering peers. English fluency is required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Siemens Teamcenter (TC12+ or later).
• Solid understanding of PLM data models, revision rules and configuration contexts.
• Experience with variant management/product configurator in Teamcenter is a plus.
• Ability to work with IT and engineering teams across functions.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Siemens Teamcenter environments (structure, workflows, access control).
• Support and develop variant configuration and product structure management (DBOM/EBOM/MBOM).
• Collaborate with IT and engineering to translate requirements into Teamcenter configurations.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues during rollout and go-live phases.
• Contribute to documentation, training and best practices.
• Support releases, deployments and platform improvements with IT.
