How you will make an impact
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple engineering projects within a portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, status updates, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess resource needs, initiate staffing requests, and ensure timely onboarding of personnel.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by refining workflows, documentation standards, and performance tracking systems.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety protocols, and mandatory training requirements while proactively mitigating operational risks.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clarity around scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Your background
  • Strong interest and preferably documented experience in management techniques and developing teams and individuals, or a background in project management.
  • Passion for people and technology, with strong decision-making skills and self-management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and enjoy collaboration across teams.
  • Structured and problem‑solving mindset with a focus on meeting customer needs and improving quality.
  • Comfortable with deadlines, budget constraints, and taking decisions for your team when needed.
  • Comfortable with engaging customer discussions and ensuring alignment within project teams.
  • Proficient in English, Swedish skills are advantageous.
