We are looking for a Team Manager to lead a department based in Ludvika, Sweden, responsible for Operational Technology (OT) systems within HVDC Control & Protection.

This role combines strong people leadership with local ownership in Ludvika and global collaboration. You will be part of the Global HVDC C&P IT/OT Management Team, working closely with colleagues and managers across regions to drive alignment, capability, and operational excellence.

You will lead a team of around 20 professionals, creating conditions for them to succeed, grow, and deliver at their best in a complex and fast‑paced project environment.

As a Team Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead, support, and develop your team, ensuring both people and performance thrive.

• Lead and develop the team with a clear focus on engagement, wellbeing, and growth
• Ensure the department is properly staffed, skilled, and organized to meet business needs
• Create clarity in roles, expectations, and priorities
• Ensure processes and ways of working are followed and continuously improved
• Balance operational delivery with long‑term competence development
