A forward-thinking tech company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to shape its recruitment strategy. This role involves leading processes for key tech hires, enhancing recruitment practices through data insights, and partnering with leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, especially in tech, and is fluent in both Swedish and English. This position supports hybrid work and is fixed-term for 12 months.

To accelerate towards our goal of becoming the pioneering force powering the energy system of tomorrow, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team!
As Talent Acquisition Partner at Flower, you will play a key role in building our teams and shaping how we attract, source and assess talent. You will lead recruitment for key positions, with a primary focus on tech, develop scalable and data-driven practices, and support leaders in making great hiring decisions. As part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will work closely with managers across the organization to enable impact and build strong teams, bringing deep expertise in talent acquisition and a flexible, humble approach to support Flower’s continued growth.
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
📅 This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, ideally with start in January 2026.
Our corporate language is English, as we have over 30 nationalities in the office. We therefore appreciate it if you could submit your CV in English. Throughout the recruitment process you will meet with the Chief People & Culture Officer, followed by Head of Talent Acquisition and VP Engineering.
