👩💻 About The Role:

As Talent Acquisition Partner at Flower, you will play a key role in building our teams and shaping how we attract, source and assess talent. You will lead recruitment for key positions, with a primary focus on tech, develop scalable and data-driven practices, and support leaders in making great hiring decisions. As part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will work closely with managers across the organization to enable impact and build strong teams, bringing deep expertise in talent acquisition and a flexible, humble approach to support Flower’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on fairness, quality, and scalability, primarily within tech
  • Partner with leaders across the business to understand hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor throughout the process
  • Design and continuously improve recruitment practices based on science and proven assessment methods
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with business and capability needs, including key tech roles
  • Track and analyze recruitment data and KPIs to drive insights and improvements
  • Develop and facilitate training for hiring managers to strengthen selection and decision-making capability
  • Partner with Marketing on strategic employer branding initiatives
  • Manage and develop relationships with external partners and vendors to secure access to key talent pools
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all talent practices
Who You Are:
  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role with broad and senior-level responsibility
  • Proven experience in tech recruitment within an international context
  • Broad understanding of different tech disciplines and talent markets, with the ability to identify and attract niche talent
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders and advising on talent decisions
  • Solid understanding of data-driven recruitment, using insights to guide strategy and improvement
  • Deep knowledge of modern assessment methods and recruitment tools
  • Experience in designing and conducting training for hiring managers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
📍 Location

Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.

📅 This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, ideally with start in January 2026.
