Coalesce Management Consulting seeks a Systems Engineer to help design and deliver reliable, integrated products across software, electronics and mechanical domains for demanding real-world environments in Göteborg, Sweden.

You will translate customer needs into clear requirements, develop architectures and interfaces, coordinate cross‑functional interfaces, support verification and validation, and ensure traceability and safety considerations across the full development lifecycle.

Competenze

• At least five years of experience in systems engineering, system design or technical product development.
• Experience developing complex products containing both software and hardware.
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and requirements traceability.
• Experience with system architecture, interface definition and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting integration, verification and validation activities.
• Ability to investigate problems across different engineering disciplines.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
