Next Job Abroad is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support Swedish-speaking customers across Europe. You will be the voice of global brands, delivering empathetic service by phone, chat, and email, while guiding users through products and account features.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, with a willingness to relocate to Greece. The role offers full relocation support, onboarding, and ongoing development within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required.
• Good command of English to navigate systems.
• EU passport or valid Greece work permit is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable with basic software and multi-screen setups.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries about products, orders, and accounts.
• Deliver high-quality service by maintaining clear, empathetic, and friendly communication.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through features or setups.
• Collaborate with international teams in a multicultural environment.
• Engage in ongoing learning about brand features and tools to stay up-to-date.
