Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Swedish-speaking customer support agent for a fully remote role. You will handle Swedish language inquiries via phone and email, support product orders, returns, and payments, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Flexible 9:00–21:00 shifts apply with occasional weekends, and training is provided. Relocation is supported if you choose to base near our Mediterranean hub in Greece.

Qualifications

• Swedish language at native fluency level.
• English (C1) for team communication and training.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier Swedish-language support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments and returns.
• Resolve inquiries about missing parcels, reclamations and price adjustments.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with professional, friendly service.
