Cbtalents in Barcelona is seeking a Swedish-speaking Google Ads Sales Executive to partner with Swedish companies and agencies, delivering tailored digital advertising strategies across EMEA. You will drive growth while ensuring excellent client experiences in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role is full-time (39 hours/week) with a hybrid work model in Barcelona. You will receive a base salary of €23,876 gross/year plus up to €3,408 gross/year in performance bonus, relocation

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• C2 level Swedish and high level English.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
• Knowledge of Google products (Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube).
• Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.
• Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agency partners by delivering tailored, performance-driven digital advertising strategies.
• Promote additional digital marketing solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Provide strategic consultancy to maximize ROI using a consultative sales approach.
• Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Proactively engage with customers via phone, video calls, and email.
