Job summary

Cbtalents is seeking a Swedish-speaking Google Ads Sales Executive to partner with Swedish companies and agency partners, delivering customized digital advertising strategies. You will expand the client base across EMEA while ensuring strong customer experiences and innovation within the Spanish online marketing landscape.

The role is full-time with a hybrid model in Barcelona, including relocation support and a competitive salary of €23,876 gross/year plus up to €3,408 gross/year in performance

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• C2 level Swedish and high level of English.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
• Knowledge of Google products such as Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
• Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agency partners by delivering tailored, performance-driven digital advertising strategies.
• Promote additional digital marketing solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Provide strategic consultancy to maximize ROI using a consultative sales approach.
• Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Proactively engage with customers via phone, video calls, and email.
