The Lemon Consulting is seeking a customer service professional to join the team in Greece. You will represent the company and provide technical and customer support, handling inquiries about models, purchases, and errors with training provided.

Prior car-related interest is a plus. Daily tasks include high-level customer support via phone and email, delivering accurate information, building relationships, and meeting service quality goals while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English (B2).
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Basic computer handling skills required.
• Desire to learn and advance; curious investigator and problem solver.
• Strong communication and phone skills with good listening and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of support to customers via phone and email on a range of issues.
• Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using proper procedures.
