The Lemon Consulting is seeking a customer service professional to relocate to Greece and represent the company in providing technical support across inquiries, orders, and issues. Training will be provided, and prior car-related interest is a plus.

You will handle a variety of customer interactions via phone and email, ensuring accurate information and courteous service while aiming to exceed quality metrics and productivity targets. Relocation and support packages are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English (B2) required or highly preferred.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Good computer handling skills and ability to multitask.
• Curiosity and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of support to customers via phone and email on a range of issues.
• Give accurate, valid, and complete information using proper procedures.
