Job summary

Arthur D. Little is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the Gothenburg finance team on an 18‑month contract with a hybrid work arrangement.

The role focuses on ownership of accounting, reporting and financial follow‑up for one Nordic entity, collaborating with the finance team across our international organization. You will work closely with the Finance Manager on day‑to‑day accounting, monthly closings, and cash flow management, while ensuring accurate invoicing, intercompany balances and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting and financial administration.
• Experience with monthly financial closing, bookkeeping, reconciliations and accruals.
• A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
• Good written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.

Overview

Arthur D. Little is looking for a Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Gothenburg, starting in January 2027.

In this role, you will enjoy a varied mix of responsibilities and the opportunity to make a real difference in our day-to-day finance operations. Working closely with our Finance Manager, you will take ownership of accounting, reporting and financial follow-up for one of our Nordic entities, while contributing to a wide range of finance activities across the business.

The position is full-time, based in Gothenburg with a hybrid working arrangement, and offered as an initial 18-month contract with the possibility of an extension.
