Medical Valley/Xiromed in Höllviken, Sweden is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join a fast-paced, international environment. The role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build a solid foundation in supply chain planning within the pharmaceutical sector.

You will connect demand and supply across plants, suppliers, warehouses, markets and internal teams. The job includes planning, forecasting, purchase orders, stock monitoring and reporting, with opportunities to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, Project Management or related field.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Excel; Power BI experience is a strong advantage, SAP/ERP experience preferred.
Fluent in English; Swedish or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own parts of the product portfolio, including planning, forecasting, PO placement and stock monitoring.
Act as the link between Commercial and product availability to ensure demand and supply alignment.
Drive follow-ups and ensure timely execution across suppliers, production and stakeholders.
Prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands.
Work with SAP and tools like Excel and Power BI to support data-driven planning and decision-making.
Support system integrations, automation initiatives and process improvements.
