A leading fashion retailer in Sweden is seeking a Stylist & Sample Coordinator for a 6-month temporary contract. This role involves coordinating photo samples for e-commerce shoots, ensuring smooth production processes, and working closely with a creative team. Successful candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Stylist & Sample Coordinator at ARKET, you will be the key link between our collections and creative productions. You'll make sure every sample is ready and every shoot runs smoothly, from pre-styling sessions to campaign productions. This role combines structure and creativity, where your organizational skills and eye for detail will help deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll join a tight and creative studio team, working closely with production coordinators, image coordinators, stylists, and art directors. You’ll also collaborate with external teams, for example photographers and hair and makeup artists. It’s a role where teamwork and trust are essential, and where you’ll have the freedom to take ownership and make things happen.
This is a 6 months full time temporary contract based at our Head Office in Stockholm. We value collaboration and believe that great ideas thrive when we work closely together. Therefore, this role is primarily office-based, with four days per week at the office to foster teamwork and engagement. One day per week, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely.
