Required are strong leadership skills, fluency in English and Swedish, and a comfort with school safety measures and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in schools or working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trygghets Team and ensure visible adult presence around the school.
• Oversee pastoral routines and reinforce school rules.
• Address daily conflicts with immediate and sustainable resolutions.
• Support safety, well-being and a positive school environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Principal, HoYs, Care Team, Special Education, and Facilities.
