About the Role

As an AI & Business Development Assistant, your primary mission is to bridge the gap between raw business data and actionable insights. You will focus on making the organization’s documentation “AI‑ready” and building intelligent agents capable of analyzing market trends and sales data. You will work closely with our AI Champion and product managers to optimize internal processes and create digital tools that support both business development and product management.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Optimization: Adapting and structuring governance and strategic documents to optimize them for AI usage.
• Agent Development: Developing AI agents to streamline daily workflows, analyze market and sales data, and identify emerging trends.
• Tool Evaluation: Researching, evaluating, and proposing new AI tools to enhance business development.
• Collaborative Implementation: Working with the team’s AI Champion to identify pain points and implement technical solutions.
• Strategic Support: Supporting product managers in integrating AI into their daily operations.
