Scania seeks a Business Area Strategist to work with the Business Area Director, translating strategic direction into tangible progress. You will shape priorities, structure questions, and support fast, high-quality decisions within Ventures and New Business.

As a Business Area Strategist, you are an integral part of a Business Area team, working side by side with the Business Area Director to help turn strategic direction into tangible progress. You act as a key analytical and operational counterpart, helping to shape priorities, structure complex questions, and support fast, high-quality decision-making. Your work is closely connected to the ventures within the business area, supporting follow-up, progress tracking, and prioritisation across the portfolio. You help translate strategic opportunities into concrete plans, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to the business area’s work.

You have several years of experience from strategy, consulting, business development, or similar roles, where analysis, decision support, and cross-functional collaboration have been central. You are used to managing multiple topics in parallel, communicating clearly with different stakeholders, and adapting your message to both senior and operational audiences.
