Job summary

Monitor Deloitte in Sweden is seeking a strategy professional to help Nordic clients grow and navigate complex markets. You will advise on strategy, growth initiatives, and operating models, partnering with senior stakeholders across functions to shape the client’s path to profitable scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting or equivalent.

Overview

Monitor Deloitte is Deloitte's strategy consulting division supporting top management worldwide. We help clients future-proof their businesses by enabling, creating, and accelerating profitable growth strategies, as well as developing, launching, and scaling business operations. Our team in Sweden consists of about 30 members working with Nordic colleagues advising some of the most influential companies in the region. Our offerings include defining sustainable long-term business strategies, designing customer strategies and go-to-market plans, creating new business models for disruptive growth, and transforming existing models and defining future operational structures.

Responsibilities and expectations

• Advise on strategy and growth initiatives for leading clients in the Nordic region.
• Contribute to the design and execution of long-term business strategies and operating models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Support the creation of new business models and disruptive growth opportunities.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and convincingly, including storytelling and presentation of analyses to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy or management consulting or equivalent.
• Proven problem-solving skills, project leadership experience, and strong communication abilities in Swedish and English.
• Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus.
