Job summary

SEB seeks a Strategic Threat Intelligence Analyst to strengthen security across our northern European financial services group. You will combine cyber and physical threat intelligence to develop a comprehensive view of threats for SEB and its stakeholders, helping decision-makers understand risks and determine security measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience applying OSINT methods and monitoring tools to identify, verify and assess information from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of international security and emerging threats; able to translate findings into decision-ready assessments.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security developments and assess implications for SEB from operational to strategic perspectives.
• Conduct OSINT monitoring and investigations, from rapid assessments to in-depth analysis.
• Collect, evaluate and interpret information to build a comprehensive view of cyber and physical threats.
• Collaborate with SEB stakeholders to identify and prioritise security questions for threat intelligence.
• Produce clear intelligence products including strategic analyses and investigative assessments.
• Communicate and follow up on actions from intelligence findings via briefings, reports, workshops, etc.
• Improve the intelligence cycle by strengthening partnerships, methods and tools, including automation and responsible AI use.
