Job summary

Kenvue in Helsingborg, Sweden, seeks a Supplier Quality Lead to deploy SQM strategy, ensuring quality and compliance across the supply chain. Based at the Helsingborg site, you will collaborate with DM suppliers and internal teams to implement innovative quality initiatives.

You will lead audits, CAPA, and supplier performance reviews, and use data-driven insights to drive improvements in quality, risk reduction and cost efficiency. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science (pharmacy, chemistry, engineering or related field).
• 7–10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in pharma/cosmetics/chemical industries.
• Fluent English with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with GMP, ISO 22716 and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive supplier quality management for Direct Material suppliers.
• Collaborate with DM suppliers and internal teams to implement QMS improvements.
• Oversee audits, CAPA, and supplier performance reviews.
• Develop data-driven insights to improve quality and compliance.
• Partner with Helsingborg site to manage quality events and investigations.
