Ericsson AB is recruiting for an Early Career program with an Innovate track that rotates through R&D, Market Area, and Product Management. The role starts as Strategic Product Manager, focusing on differentiating connectivity, 5G/6G capability translation, and customer value delivery.

You will join the RAN Software Product Management team, learning to shape a portfolio, support presales, and engage with diverse stakeholders across markets to drive new services and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in RAN, telecom technology, systems engineering, research or technical presales.
• Strong technical foundation and understanding of mobile networks, ideally with RAN knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp new topics quickly.
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Curiosity about customers, markets and new technology opportunities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build cross-team relationships.
• Strong personal drive, accountability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsabilités

• Support the development of the RAN Software portfolio and differentiate connectivity solutions.
• Develop stories and proof points to help presales and sales translate capabilities into value for customers.
• Analyze market developments and customer needs to provide insights to the team.
• Work with Strategic Product Managers to learn and contribute across technical, marketing and commercial areas.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to translate technology into clear customer benefits.

You will work alongside experienced Strategic Product Managers and gain exposure to both the technical, marketing and commercial sides of RAN Software.
