Job summary

NKT is seeking a Project Manager for Investment and Development Projects to lead planning and execution of key production investments and facilities enhancements. You will drive scope, budgets, and schedules while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include risk management, ensuring quality and safety requirements, and reporting progress to sponsors and steering committees. Strong experience with production environments and MS Project preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or equivalent.
• Proven experience independently managing investment or development projects within an industrial production environment.
• Solid knowledge of project management covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, quality, and change management.
• Experience from projects involving production equipment, machinery, installations, or technical facilities.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal functions, suppliers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Planning, structuring, leading, and delivering investment and development projects from initiation through commissioning, handover and closure.
• Defining objectives, scope, deliverables, boundaries, dependencies, and acceptance criteria with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Establishing and tracking plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource needs, and decision gates.
