We are currently recruiting a Strategy Manager to strengthen our team. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most important strategic questions facing Volvo Trucks and contribute directly to decisions shaping the future of the business.

As a Strategy Manager, you will lead strategic evaluations, drive business development initiatives, and support the annual planning cycle. You will work closely with senior executives and key decision makers across Volvo Trucks, combining strategic thinking with tangible business impact. You report to VP Strategy, Volvo Trucks.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic projects addressing critical business opportunities and challenges
  • Drive business development initiatives across functions and markets
  • Analyze industry developments, market trends, and competitor moves, translating insights into strategic recommendations
  • Support the development of Volvo Trucks' strategy and intelligence capabilities
  • Prepare executive decision material and recommendations for senior management
  • Facilitate strategy discussions, workshops, and leadership forums

Furthermore, You
  • Have at least 4 years of experience within management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or other highly analytical business environments
  • Have a proven ability to lead projects and drive results through collaboration and influence
  • Excel at structuring complex problems and developing fact-based recommendations
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Hold a university degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Speak and write English fluently
