Acast is seeking a Corporate Development professional to drive execution across M&A and investor relations, reporting to the Global Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Development. You will lead financial analysis for key deals, craft investor communications, and help integrate new businesses post-acquisition.

The role requires strong financial modelling, M&A experience, and the ability to work with international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven financial modelling experience.
• Exposure to M&A processes (due diligence, deal structuring, integration).
• Experience navigating international team structures and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development of M&A playbook and frameworks.
• Identify targets and conduct initial screening.
• Plan and execute post-acquisition integrations.
