Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operational environments for customers.
• Support municipalities with SQL Server, IIS, Azure, and other technical areas.
• Act as a technical expert in customer implementation projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for stable system operation.
• Build knowledge of products and solutions as part of ongoing development.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical systems support.
