The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience in power systems or related sectors, fluent English, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth while working with cross-functional teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and account management skills.
• Background in B2B or industrial sales, ideally within power systems, energy, or related technical sectors.
• Ability to understand technical products and translate customer requirements into suitable solutions.
• Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior experience in an international or multicultural business environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities
