Job summary

SAS Cargo Group A/S is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Indirect Procurement team in Solna. You will lead sourcing projects, support stakeholder needs, and drive procurement improvements across categories such as consultancy and HR-related services.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, analyze spend data, and help develop governance and processes that deliver long-term value for SAS. Fluency in English and a structured, proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• A few years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract administration or similar.
• Experience supporting or leading RFx processes and supplier selections.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sourcing projects and RFx processes across indirect spend categories.
• Support business stakeholders in identifying procurement needs and sourcing opportunities.
• Analyze spend data, supplier landscapes, and purchasing patterns to identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and standardization.
• Create transparency and structure across fragmented spend areas and establish effective supplier and sourcing strategies.
• Drive supplier selections, evaluations, negotiations, and contract implementations.
• Support contract management activities and supplier governance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve procurement compliance and encourage use of preferred suppliers.
• Identify new suppliers, market opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous development of procurement processes, tools, and ways of working.
