Job summary

AAK is seeking a Strategic Commercial Product Manager in Malmö to drive growth of the Personal Care cosmetic ingredients portfolio. You will combine technical expertise with commercial strategy to strengthen products, identify opportunities, and shape the innovation pipeline, collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and Sales worldwide.

You will translate market insights into differentiated value propositions, manage Stage-Gate processes, and ensure projects progress from concept to commercialization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (cosmetics specialization a plus).
• 5–10 years of international B2B experience in cosmetic ingredients or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, development, and commercialization.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate market needs into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the commercial product portfolio, focusing on performance, profitability, and market competitiveness.
• Drive strategic business development through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Identify and develop new product opportunities and differentiated value propositions.
• Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to build and commercialize the innovation pipeline.
• Lead and coordinate the Stage-Gate process, ensuring projects meet milestones and timelines.
• Strengthen existing products through sustainability initiatives, claims substantiation, communication, and price optimization.
• Manage and influence stakeholders across functions, cultures, and international marke.
