Job summary

You will plan resources with product teams, secure capacity through employees, consultants and service agreements, and drive recruitment across the organization.

You will contribute to strategic work and transformations across Product and Solution Management, R&D and Operations, reporting to the Product Area

Qualifications

• Strong background in business or IT with proven leadership experience.
• Ability to lead change and drive improvements in complex environments.
• Understanding of agile ways of working and IT application development, with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop senior professionals, including product owners and business analysts.
• Plan and allocate resources with product teams to secure capacity.
• Drive recruitment, sourcing and competence development based on current and future needs.
• Contribute to strategic work and transformations across the product area.
• Manage cost follow-up and forecasting and oversee safety responsibilities.
