Atmoz seeks a Staff Software Engineer to own and drive product development for an AI-native carbon accounting platform. Expect backend leadership in Go and Python, API design, and domain modeling, with frontend review of TypeScript/React code.

Competenze

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end responsibility for backend systems in production.
• Deep backend experience in Go and Python with API and domain-model design for complex domains.
• Strong systems design, performance trade-offs, and scalable architecture judgment.
• AI-native way of working and agentic engineering as a default mode.
• Fluency in TypeScript/React to review and improve generated frontend code.
• Experience owning a product surface at a small company from idea to production.
• Strong product sense and ability to work with product/design without detailed specs.
• Curiosity about customers and problems; willingness to understand carbon accounting.
• Bias for shipping and delivering customer value over perfect technical polish.
• Generalist instincts: backend focus with comfort across functions.
• Excellent English; Swedish is a plus.
