Job summary

Nordic Knots is seeking a mid-level to senior Member of Technical Staff in Stockholm to join our fast-growing interior design brand. You’ll advance agentic-first tooling, AI pipelines and scalable eCommerce and internal systems, shaping how we deploy AI across buying, logistics, finance and customer experience.

You will help design harnesses and flows, work with Claude Code, and collaborate across a multinational team to deliver fast, reliable software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production software (mid-level to senior).
• Experience designing agentic-first development and tooling.
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, Next.js with API integrations.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our eCommerce frontend in Next.js and TypeScript, with Centra and Sanity, agentic-first.
• Design and own our agentic development setup: CLAUDE.md, commands, hooks, and subagents.
• Build AI pipelines and internal agents linking models to business systems.
• Write specs, tests and evals to verify agent output and review AI code for quality.
• Set up agentic flows in CI/CD: code review, test generation, background agents.
• Optimize application performance for a superior user experience.
• Raise the bar for how the team and company work with AI.
• Help develop the roadmap to stay ahead of AI tech in our market.
