Qualifications

• Experience leading AI workflows, search technology, or agentic systems.
• Solid understanding of backend systems and data platforms.
• Proven ability to build consumer products with a strong emphasis on design.
• Skilled at influencing stakeholders at all levels, without direct authority.
• Track record of using data to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Define the problems we need to solve and make strategic bets for AI capabilities over the next 6-18 months.
• Own the customer experience and technical direction for agentic AI workflows.
• Drive the strategy to monetize AI features and make AI a core part of the offering.
• Partner with engineering and design to shape backend architecture, ensure scalability, and create intuitive AI workflows.
• Influence peer teams' roadmaps, remove roadblocks, and use data and customer insights to refine solutions.
