Qualifications

• Experience in EATS muffler development or UDS.
• Strong mechanical design and component development skills.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools for modelling.
• Experience in design verification, testing and validation.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Good communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize exhaust aftertreatment components, focusing on muffler design and system performance.
• Contribute to concept generation, requirements, detailed design and product development.
• Perform verification, testing, validation, and analysis for quality and reliability.
• Design components for demanding thermal, vibration and mechanical environments.
• Collaborate with engine test, simulation, project management and suppliers.
• Support problem solving and implement design improvements.
• Ensure compliance with requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, specs and verification reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of aftertreatment solutions.
• Build knowledge across related disciplines and support system-level development.
