Job summary

Jones Engineering is seeking a Sprinkler Designer for projects based in Gavle, Sweden. You will create a detailed Revit model and derive precise 2D drawings, coordinating with multiple disciplines and stakeholders to ensure accurate, constructible designs.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar position, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. On-site work in Gavle is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sprinkler/design role.
• Experience using Revit is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Produce a detailed accurate 3D sprinkler model using Revit.
• Produce accurate detailed 2D sheets from the Revit model.

Role/Requirements

• Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essential
• Produce a detailed accurate Model using Revit
• Produce Accurate detailed 2D sheets from the Revit model
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design changes and model changes
• Knowledge of a contracting environment would be advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
• Experience in Revit would be advantageous
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
