Job summary

SSC - Swedish Space Corporation is seeking a FGSE Spaceport Engineer to support rocket launch operations at our spaceport in Kiruna. You will oversee the design and implementation of ground systems critical to vehicle fluid and propulsion systems.

This full-time, permanent position involves collaboration with teams to analyze requirements and resolve issues, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with fluid and cryogenic systems, hardware, and software.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions understandably.
• Hands-on engineer with practical onsite experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to analyze ground and vehicle system requirements.
• Oversee assembly and integration of cryogenic systems.
• Lead definition of the Concept of Operations for launch campaigns.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users on-site.
• Continuously improve systems, process efficiency, and safety.
