Job summary

Alfa Laval is hiring a Software Engineer for the GPHE Digital Services team in Lund, Sweden. You will develop and maintain software for service and sales within energy solutions, collaborating with a small agile team to deliver tech that saves energy and water.

You should have a bachelor or master in IT or engineering with strong skills in .NET/C#, TypeScript, React and SQL, plus experience with Azure and cloud deployments. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT or Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong development skills in .NET/C#, TypeScript, React and SQL.
• Experience with Azure and cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of Python valued.
• Familiarity with data modelling, machine learning, unit testing, Python packaging and Git/Gitflow.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain algorithms and software applications for service and sales in Energy division, especially GPHE.
• Test and enhance algorithms and applications and own the test frameworks.
• Contribute to analytics solutions owned by the group.
• Manage and document software infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Alfa Laval policies and deployment to the IoT platform.
