Your future role
Take on a key leadership position within the software organization, where you will be responsible for managing and delivering software development work packages across the full development lifecycle.
You will ensure successful execution of software development activities in line with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments, while coordinating closely with internal teams, architects, and stakeholders.
We'll look to you for:
- Producing and following up on the software work package file for the entire software development scope
- Establishing consolidated reporting for your assigned work package
- Defining and managing software development management plans
- Organizing and leading software design reviews
- Organizing and leading software development activities until completion
- Participating in the Product Change Control Board (CCB) for the software scope
- Managing commitments and changes related to software requirements
- Escalating risks or events that could impact QCD commitments
- Applying and ensuring adherence to processes and standards
- Tracking team and development performance against objectives
- Identifying improvement areas and driving actions to enhance development success
All about you
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in people management and leading distributed teams.
- Proven ability to manage teams to achieve project goals.
- Experience in software development processes such as V model, Agile etc.
- Strong technical knowledge in operating systems (Linux, RTOS etc.) and embedded software development.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experience in planning, tracking and delivering projects.
- Excellent communication skills. English is mandatory, Swedish is preferred.
