Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an EHS Construction Specialist for its Stockholm, Sweden team. You will develop and maintain safety programs for major Infrastructure Solutions projects across the EMEA region and lead site safety coordination when required.

The role requires 3+ years of construction safety experience, knowledge of EU/EMEA regulations, fall protection expertise, and strong English communication. Expect frequent site visits and up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field required.
• English proficiency and strong communication skills essential.
• Experience in construction safety, audits, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support large infrastructure projects within EMEA with a focus on safety.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project safety plans and RA.
• Manage subcontractor safety programs including pre-qualification and audits.
• Conduct safety trainings, orientations, and site safety visits.
• Prepare monthly safety reports and contribute to incident investigations.
