Stegra is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our Planning & Shipping team at Boden. You’ll supervise the day-to-day operation of packaging lines, the coil warehouse and the shipping area, ensuring safety, quality and on-time fulfillment while coaching your team.

You’ll bring more than five years of relevant industrial experience, including at least two years in a leadership role. Knowledge of safety protocols and ISO standards, strong teamwork, and proficiency with digital office and maintenance

Qualifications

• More than five years of relevant industrial experience, including leadership experience.
• High school education or equivalent; knowledge of ISO standards preferred.
• Experience with safety protocols and production environments.
• Proficiency with digital systems for maintenance, follow-up and purchasing.
• Strong communication and ability to lead teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coordinate and support the shift team in packaging lines, coil warehouse and shipping area.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation; monitor processes and adjust parameters.
• Promote a strong safety culture and drive safety improvements.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and work with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor performance, analyze deviations and identify productivity improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and report performance to stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members; delegate and rotate tasks effectively.
