As the Service Owner Infrastructure Security Nordics you can be situated in Stockholm, Helsinki,Oslo or Copenhagen and apply to which you location you prefer.

For this position: We work three days in the office; Tuesday-Thursday, and remote Friday to Monday.

Role Purpose

As the Service Owner Infrastructure Security, you are responsible for the operational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and governance of the organization's infrastructure security services.

The role combines service ownership, operational leadership, vendor management, and hands‑on infrastructure expertise to ensure a stable, secure, and compliant technology environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to drive improvements, mitigate risks, and ensure that infrastructure services support business objectives.

This role requires a broad understanding of Enterprise Infrastructure rather than deep expertise in a specific technology domain. Success in the role comes from understanding how infrastructure services work together, identifying risks and improvement opportunities, and driving initiatives across both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Service Ownership & Operational Excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure and security services.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
  • Identify operational challenges and proactively lead improvement activities.
  • Govern service roadmaps and ensure services evolve in line with business requirements.
Infrastructure & Security Risk Management
  • Identify infrastructure‑related risks and drive mitigation activities.
  • Support the organization in implementing security and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with architects, operational teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that security considerations are incorporated into new and existing solutions.
  • Support investigations and root cause analysis of major incidents and recurring problems.
  • Promote pragmatic and business‑aligned security practices across the organization.
  • Manage relationships with infrastructure and security service providers.
  • Ensure vendors meet contractual commitments, SLAs, and operational expectations.
  • Challenge vendors and drive accountability for service quality and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate vendor‑led initiatives and improvement programs.
  • Support contract reviews, renewals, and service development activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure security services.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Workplace, Application, and Business teams.
  • Support project teams with infrastructure and security guidance.
  • Translate technical risks and issues into business‑relevant language.
  • Build strong relationships across both business and technology functions.
Change & Improvement
  • Drive initiatives that improve service quality, resilience, security, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Support transformation programs and technology modernization efforts.
  • Contribute to operational planning and prioritization of improvement activities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Infrastructure Operations, IT Operations, Service Management, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and operational service delivery.
  • Experience managing outsourced services and external vendors.
  • Experience driving operational improvements and cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across technology and business functions.
  • Experience in incident management, problem management, or service improvement activities.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
