Job summary

Payward seeks a frontend design engineer to lead the creation of essential web experiences and marketing pages. You will work with designers, researchers, PMs, content specialists, and engineers to deliver high-quality, performant interfaces.

You will apply your HTML/CSS knowledge, UX/UI insight, and a collaborative mindset to balance business goals with user needs and technical constraints, driving brand growth as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating design quality, standards, and optimization.
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS; React + JSON familiarity is a plus.
• Progressive enhancement, accessibility, and performance-focused design.
• Strong UX/UI understanding for consumer websites.
• Information architecture for intuitive navigation.
• Adherence to W3C standards and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborative, egoless teamwork and openness to learning.
• Proven track record of successful collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of web experiences and marketing pages.
