Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end CapEx delivery for pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D. You will ensure GMP-compliant execution, manage budgets, risks and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, digital and suppliers.

Fluent Swedish and excellent English are required to engage with global stakeholders; hands-on CapEx and regulatory compliance expertise are essential for driving project

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on CapEx experience in pharmaceutical settings with manufacturing, validation, and compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to define, track, and report KPIs, manage risks and finances in complex multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CapEx delivery in pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D, ensuring GMP-compliant execution.
• Drive project performance through KPIs, monitor health, finances and delivery, provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage global cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, digital and supplier organizations.
• Communicate with clients, teams and suppliers, maintaining relationships and effective expectation management.
• Apply GMP and pharmaceutical compliance methodologies to maintain governance and budget.
